Mindfulness and Wellbeing
From short overviews or taster sessions to longer programmes, I have supported organisations in a variety of sectors to raise awareness of the benefits of mindfulness and meditation and to invest time in self-care and wellbeing.
I also bring NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and coaching techniques to support participants’ self-sustaining change and personal growth.
These events are practical, encouraging, and informative, including discussing how to apply the techniques in ways that genuinely work for participants.
As part of the package, participants are offered links to meditations, videos, blogs, and book recommendations for optional follow-up.
Our organisation has been undergoing wide-scale change, with the need to deliver more effectively for the future within a challenging financial climate. This requires our managers and employees to be resilient in times of change and maintain personal wellbeing. Through Anna’s programme, individuals have been given the tools and techniques to take responsibility to improve and maintain their own personal wellbeing and hence be more effective at work.
